Familiar names qualifying for China
The qualification process for both Europe and America has concluded and the participants of Intel Extreme Masters China from these regions have been determined.
Some of the best players of Europe and America have participated in the Intel Extreme Masters China qualifiers, knowing that only a couple of them could make it to the final stage, and even less would actually qualify for the Intel Extreme Masters China, taking place September 30th to October 4th at the Ani-com & Games in Guangzhou.

Europe's participants

A total of 5 slots were available for European players - and more than 64 players out of Europe's elite fought for them.

Left over are 3 faces we have already seen perform at gamescom, be it in the Group Phase or the Open Bracket, namely DarKFoRcE, sLivko and fOrGG - along with 2 new faces to the Intel Extreme Masters - Snute and sYz.

America's participants

After Europe's players have set the trend of familiar players of this season qualifying for another Intel Extreme Masters events, America has joined in. All three players that have successfully qualified for our upcoming event in China, had already qualified for gamescom before.

Their names? DeMusliM, KiLLeR and viOlet.

A list of players qualified from Europe and America can be found below.

Only Asia is left

With the European and American qualifiers for the Intel Extreme Masters China concluded, only Asian qualifiers are still coming up. Details about these are still to be announced.

This means that the only way for players outside of Asia to obtain a spot in the tournament is to sign up and play their way through the open bracket.
