In the so-called Crossrealm Qualifier on Saturday, September 1st, teams had the chance to qualify for the two European League of Legends slots in the Intel Extreme Masters China, which will take place
September 30th to October 4th in Guangzhou.
A short summary of what happened
Both of the teams that qualified had already met in the Winner's Bracket during the qualifier. A battle out of which
MeetYourMakers came victoriously - sending
Team Acer down to the Loser's Bracket, where they had to show
ex-Team LDLC exactly why they had kicked them to the Lower Bracket beforehand.

What happens next?
A total of 8 League of Legends teams will be playing it out for a prize pool of
$50,000 at the Intel Extreme Masters China - these are the first two teams to successfully qualify.
Another six teams will be determined from two different regions - two from North and South America, as well as four from Asia.
More information on the upcoming qualifiers for those regions is still to be announced.
