League of Legends tournament suspended for today
[15:06] The League of Legends tournament will be suspended for today, Sunday the 2nd. We will continue working on a solution to fix the current problems and plan to start the tournament tomorrow at 10AM with both groups being played in one day.
ESL TV will now broadcast Counter-Strike.
[17:46] Chinese team eFuture won their last match against Anexis 16:12. Meanwhile fnatic won 16:4 against Team Immunity. We have 3 teams with 6 points but based on the rules fnatic and eFuture advance. Understandably the Danes are very disappointed.
[15:41] The StarCraft 2 Quarter-Final matches have been determined: Match 1: RevivaL - IdrA Match 2: elfittaja - Strelok Match 3: dimaga - HasuObs Match 4: PuMa - JYP
The semi-finals will be winner of match 1 vs. 4 and 2 vs. 3.
[15:41] IdrA manages to come back and qualify for the play-offs behind elfittaja in group c. In Group D RevivaL and Strelok managed to qualify.
[15:13] fnatic wins over eFuture with 16:10 and keeps their play-off chances alive.
[14:56] elfittaja wins his group with 3 wins and no map loss after winning his last game against Jinro. A very impressive performance from the young Finnish player.
[14:25] And we are live with eFuture vs. fnatic.
[14:00] Next up in Counter-Strike is eFuture vs. fnatic. The Swedes have to win to stay in the tournament.
[13:58] elfittaja continues to dominate his group with 2 straight wins so far. Meanwhile IdrA also lost his second match, this time against Jinro with 2-1. elfittaja so far is the surprise of the event.
[12:46] In the unexpected top match of group C, elfittaja is leading 1-0 against Jim. Meanwhile RevivaL won the replayed second map against Strelok and they are currently playing the deciding 3rd map, live on ESL TV. The next live match will be Jinro vs IdrA.
[12:31] One of our cameramen just came back from some outdoor filming and reported that there is a queue outside that could easily be 2-3km long. China is insane!
[12:20] Next in Counter-Strike is Anexis vs Team Immunity. Due to the delay in League of Legends, ESL TV will show this match instead and cover CS until there is a solution to the LoL problem.
[12:18] While way won 2:0 against iaguz, the second map of Strelok vs. RevivaL will be replayed due to some errors that occurred during the match.
[12:06] eFuture just won their game against Team Immunity 16:7.
[11:51] Some SC2 scores - Jinro lost his first match surprisingly to Chinese player Jim with 0:2, leaving him and IdrA at the bottom of Group C for the moment. In Group D Strelok is currently leading 1:0 over RevivaL and way 1:0 over iaguz.
[11:41] eFuture vs. Team Immunity is currently being played in Counter-Strike Group A.
[11:31] They shouted louder and also came out on top in the end. Anexis wins the Counter-Strike opening match against fnatic with 16:14 on de_tuscan.
