While almost all Counter-Strike teams and already all World of Warcraft teams of the European Championship Finals are determined, the last playday of Quake Live is still running. Seven players gathered enough points to visit the finals at the ESL TV studios in January 2010. Another nine will do so during the next days.

Here are all ESL TV VoDs of the American Championship Finals, which took place in Edmonton from 11th until 13th of December. The best American players competed for 53,000 USD prize money overall. The last playday of the European Championship ended last Monday and already determined four participants of the Finals to be held in Cologne, Germany, from 14th until 17th of January. Another four had to qualify via relegation matches which were played on Monday. The reigning European Champion, iNNERFiRE from Bulgaria, didn't manage to win its relegation match and are therefore not qualified.

The American Championship Finals have ended. Team EG, SK Gaming and DaHang are the American Champions of Intel Extreme Masters season 4. Together with seven other teams and players they represent their continent at the World Championship taking place at CeBIT, Germany, in March 2010.

The first Continental Championships Final of the Intel Extreme Masters IV is in its final day. While the teams and player are still battling for the American Championship titles, the World Championship slots are already determined. He are the lucky winners, who will travel to CeBIT, Germany, in March 2010 and compete with the European and Asian champions.

While the American continent determines his Continental Champions this weekend, the European ones will be found out in early 2010. Nevertheless the group stage of Counter-Strike and World of Warcraft is almost finished and some teams can book their tickets for the European Championship Finals, while second and third placed teams have to win a relegation match.

The Intel Extreme Masters European Championship relegation will bring us the hottest matches of winter. Only the winners will go to the European Championship Finals and a lot of high class teams have to take these extra matches. Today the regular season in Quake Live kicks off. But suddenly there is a vacant slot in group A due to smoke leaving the tournament. Unfortunately he had to leave the tournament for personal reasons. So we will hold a cup determining a replacement for the German player.
