Tomorrow the world's biggest gaming trade fair will open its doors in Leipzig, Germany: the Games Convention 2008. With 30,000USD and 12 of the best World of Warcraft 3on3 teams in the world the Intel Extreme Masters III will have a great Kick-Off at the Games Convention. This will be a Thriller!

The third Intel Extreme Masters is about to start: the Kick-Off will be held at the world's biggest games trade fair: the Games Convention in Leipzig. From 21st until 24th of August, 12 WoW-Teams will compete for 30,000USD and 2 Global Finals slots for their continent. Today we proudly present the 12 best teams in the world, which will participate at the first Global Challenge in Germany. It will be an amazing and thrilling kick-off.

Today we announce the third Global Challenge of the Intel Extreme Masters III. The worldwide leading tournament with 750,000USD prize money will go to the United Arab Emirates from 18th until 24th of October: Dubai! A 50,000USD Counter-Strike 1.6 tournament will be the biggest eSports event of the Middle East ever. Get all information about this Global Challenge.

The last qualifiers for the Intel Extreme Masters are running. Today we can announce seven teams that made into the qualification and one team that already qualified for the mainround.

The ESL Intel Arena at the Games Convention will be a great experience for everyone. The National qualifier of the Intel Extreme Masters are reaching the playoffs. Only the best teams of each European country qualified for the last stage of their national qualifier. Now they all have to find out who is good enough to represent their country in the upcoming Intel Extreme Masters.

The first Counter-Strike 1.6 Qualification Cup for the Intel Extreme Masters III is over and we are proud to announce the top four teams from US and Canada, who qualified for the Intel Extreme Masters III Main Round in America! The first winner from the second Qualification Cup is also known.

We are happy to announce a first list of participants for our World of Warcraft kick-off tournament at Games Convention in Germany. In the Global Challenge Leipzig, 16 of the world's best WoW-teams will fight for a total prize money of 30,000USD and 2 Global Final slots for their continent.
