Hi, I'm Manuel Hoedemakers aka Pesticide, aged 25 and living in Belgium atm. <br />

Recently I was approached by ESL to assist them with their European Division and I accepted this great challenge. In the past I have been the tournament director of CPL Europe meaning I had to generate the tournament structure , create , maintain and uphold the rules and assure the tournament integrity at all times and make sure everyone is having a good time to ensure the future of e-sports.<br />
