Continental Finals Asia WoW: the outcome

![]() Last weekend the Continental Finals Asia WoW that took place in Seoul. We have our happy winners, but who will actually be going to the Global Finals in Hannover, Germany, and who will be going to the Continental Finals Asia CS in Chengdu, China? Let us clear the fog a little!
During the event in Seoul, Korea, three disciplines where played: World of WarCraft, Counter-Strike 1.6 and WarCraft III. More than the prize money, the teams got rewarded in a couple of different ways, except for WarCraft III which was just carried through for all the WarCraft fans out there.
World of WarCraft teams going to Global FinalsThe best two teams of the World of WarCraft got rewarded with a slot each in the Global Finals taking place in Hannover, Germany, early next year. The final standing was:1st: This means that Korean Counter-Strike elite to Chengdu, ChinaAs earlier known, the Continental Finals in Asia where split between the disciplines, WoW in Seoul and CS and Chengdu. Still, we decided to have a Counter-Strike tournament in Korea where the best teams will be rewarded with spots in the Continental Finals Asia CS in Chengdu. Three teams in total will pass on to Chengdu. Here is how the final standing look:1st: We therefore see Grubby in superior shapeWarCraft III, which is not a main discipline in Intel Extreme Masters Season III had a great comeback with the four biggest stars world wide.
