The China / SEA qualifiers have concluded and the two Australians mOOnGLaDe and PiG successfully qualified for a spot at the first stop of the Intel Extreme Masters, taking place at gamescom, August 15th to 19th.

After a series of qualifiers, both mOOnGLaDe and PiG have overcome their enemies and ensured themselves a spot at the Intel Extreme Masters' first event of the new season - in Cologne.

The only chance for Chinese players to qualify for gamescom anymore is the open bracket.

The first to qualify

As the rest of the qualifiers are still running, the first players qualified for gamescom are mOOnGLaDe and PiG, who have qualified through the China / SEA qualifier, as well as HasuObs, who is the champion of the gamescom home nation, Germany, and has been directly seeded into the tournament.

Who else will join this list is yet to be determined, as the American, European and Korea / Taiwan qualifiers will conclude on July 18th and July 30th respectively.
